RESERVATIONS AND ACCOMMODATION

The management of Helios BG Ltd сundertakes to provide the services requested and paid for by the customer via online reservation in full quantity and quality according to the information provided by the customer in the reservation form: customer name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

All customer requests entered in the “Comments” field of the reservation form will be fulfilled whenever possible.

Only persons under the age of of 12 yers on the date of arrival will be accepted in reservations

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the website of Helios BG Ltd. are in Bulgarian levs (BGN), including VAT, tourist tax, and insurance. The total amount payable by the customer is calculated automatically,depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.

When making online reservations, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid at the time of booking by debit/credit card or by bank transfer within the period specified after the reservationт

Helios BG Ltd зreserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and availability. For reservations that have already been made, confirmed, and paid for, the amount due will not change, regardless of any new price offers.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation, non-use, or change of an already paid online reservation by the customer, Helios BG Ltd. will refund the amount paid upon request, charging the corresponding penalty:

Changes to reservations can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the date of arrival.

Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the date of arrival.

For changes or cancellations after this period, a penalty equal to the prepaid deposit will be charged.

When refunding the amount paid, all transfer costs (bank fees, etc.) are borne by the customer. Refunds due to cancellation are made within 30 days depending on the method of payment, and the amounts are refunded only and exclusively to the bank account from which they were received. Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

TYPES OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made in 3 different ways:

  1. Electronically by debit or credit card

We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, or Maestro cards. When you select this payment method, a payment page of our servicing bank (UNIKREDIT BULBANK)will open, where you can enter your card details. If you are registered with the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page will open on your card issuer’s website, where you will enter your authentication password. Upon successful transaction, a transaction receipt will be displayed on the screen, which you can print or save.

Your card details are only used by the intermediary bank and are not stored by us.

To protect you from misuse of your Visa or MasterCard card, we apply the best practices recommended by international card organizations:

The security of card data entry and transfer is ensured by using SSL protocol to encrypt the connection between our server and the payment page of our servicing bank.

The authenticity of your card is verified by entering a security code (CVV2).

In addition, to identify you as the cardholder, our bank’s e-commerce payment server supports the authentication schemes of international card organizations – Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode, if you are registered to use them.

At the time of online booking, the amounts mentioned will be automatically debited from your card upon completion of the payment process.

For security reasons, the maximum amount that can be paid by card is 3,000 BGN.

  1. By bank transfer

Payment of the specified amount must be made no later than the deadline specified after booking. After making the payment, it is recommended to send a copy of the payment document to helios_bg@abv.bg making sure to include the reservation number in the payment reference/ hotel name/arrival date..

  1. In cash, at the reception desk of Helios BG Ltd.

For reservations with a check-in date within the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose cash payment at the reception to speed up the reservation process.

IMPORTANT!

If the online reservation is not paid within the specified period and no copy of the payment document is sent in case of bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically canceled by the reservation system.

If you are unable to pay the amount for an online reservation that has already been made, please notify us by e-mail: helios_bg@abv.bg Failure to comply with this condition entitles Helios BG Ltd. to seek liability and damages for reservations made and not paid for reservation.

REFUND

If the customer cancels their reservation under the conditions specified above, we will refund the amount using the same payment method used for the reservation.

Refunds for payments made by credit card or bank transfer can only be made to the credit card or bank account used for the payment. All bank charges for this transaction are at the customer’s expense.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Helios BG Ltd. undertakes to provide the customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

Helios BG Ltd. undertakes not to change the price of the services ordered by the customer, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

Helios BG Ltd. shall not be liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

Amounts for services ordered but not used in whole or in part through the fault of the customer shall not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for complying with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel shall be borne by the customer.

Helios BG Ltd. reserves the right to change the information on this page and the general terms and conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide accurate and correct information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

When a customer makes a reservation, it is assumed that they have read and agreed to these general terms and conditions. Reservations made by telephone, email, or through our website are considered a contractual relationship. Payment made is considered acceptance of the general terms and conditions for staying at the hotel.

For all disputes and legal issues not covered by these general terms and conditions and the privacy policy and arising in connection with the use of the Oasis Balchik Hotel , website, the mandatory provisions of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
